Job Description

We are searching for an Office Inspector to supervise and uphold the safety, security, and functionality of our office spaces. This role involves ensuring strict adherence to local and international regulations while coordinating safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the safety and functionality of office spaces through regular inspections.
  • Identify and report potential hazards and security risks.
  • Develop training programs for staff on workplace safety.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive safety inspection records.
  • Work with external agencies to ensure compliance with national standards.
  • Coordinate safety drills and emergency response training.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Actively participate in ongoing safety audits and inspections.
  • Engage with departments to ensure all safety requirements are met.
  • Respond effectively to any safety incidents or emergencies.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Health
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in workplace safety
