We are in search of a knowledgeable Tax Consultant to join our team in Centurion. You’ll play a critical role in delivering quality tax services to our clients, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and advising on tax strategy. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in tax planning and strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
• Analyze financial data to identify tax issues.
• Prepare documentation for tax audits.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax matters.
• Work with external agencies and stakeholders on tax-related inquiries.
• Develop and present tax training sessions for clients and staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Taxation or related field is an advantage

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in tax-related positions

Technical Skills

• Advanced Tax Knowledge
• Financial Reporting

Soft Skills

• Client Relationship Management
• Strategic Thinking

Certifications

• CA(SA) or equivalent certification
• Tax Practitioner Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

• Experience in tax audits: Experience assisting in tax audits for corporate clients.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis: Strong skills in Excel for tax reporting and analysis.
