Responsibilities

• Perform valuation analyses including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methodologies.
• Assist in designing and implementing financial models for various transactions.
• Compile research on market trends and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with clients to provide insights on financial performance and strategic options.
• Help manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with team members to develop compelling investment cases.
• Participate in client meetings and help present findings.
• Update and maintain marketing materials and internal reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Analysis
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services or investment banking
