Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through completion.
• Gather and analyze user requirements to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain design guidelines and design systems.
• Provide design support and consultancy to other departments.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and user-centered.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or related field
• Certification in UX design is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in designing user interfaces

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of design systems: Experience with developing or working with design systems.
