The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing exceptional customer support, and a passion for technology. Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Document and log all help desk interactions and resolutions.
  • Support the deployment of new hardware and software.
  • Assist users with software updates and installations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for hardware purchases and repairs.
  • Monitor IT systems for performance and security issues.
  • Contribute to the creation of user manuals and guides.
  • Regularly review and enhance IT support protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss issues and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
