Exciting opportunity for a Technical Writer in Port Elizabeth! In this role, you will develop and maintain manuals, guidelines, and other documentation. A successful candidate is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and deliver clear, concise documentation tailored to our user base.

Responsibilities

• Draft user manuals and product specifications.
• Create online help documentation and training materials.
• Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders into documentation revisions.
• Work with the design team to ensure technical documentation reflects current branding.
• Conduct usability testing of documentation for clarity and user-friendliness.
• Keep documentation updated in line with product changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, or a related field
• Additional certifications in technical writing are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of technical writing experience
