Job Description

We are seeking a driven Industrial Engineer to join our engineering team in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will leverage their engineering expertise to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency. You will collaborate with various departments to design, implement, and monitor productivity improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff and help resolve operational issues.
• Design systems to minimize physical and environmental waste.
• Participate in quality assurance and compliance audits.
• Assist in developing budget forecasts and cost analyses.
• Liaise with internal teams to improve product performance.
• Utilize data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
• Research new technologies that could improve productivity.
• Support customer service in resolving product complaints.
• Evaluate logistics processes and implement improvements.
• Contribute to technical documentation for processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is beneficial but not essential

Experience

• 2+ years of practical experience in an engineering role
