Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a vital role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our users. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, troubleshooting and resolving incidents promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT support calls and emails.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Assist in the documentation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of IT security measures.
  • Help maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
  • Assist with backups and disaster recovery processes.
  • Guide users through the setup of hardware and software.
  • Provide timely updates on the status of IT support tickets.
  • Work with vendors for support on hardware and software issues.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant diploma or degree
  • Formal IT training is advantageous
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT support role
