Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Freight and Shipping Coordinator to manage logistics operations within our Durban office. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of shipping regulations, freight documentation, and coordination between various stakeholders to ensure efficient shipping processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of shipping and transportation logistics.
  • Prepare reports on shipment activities and logistics performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with carriers and freight forwarders.
  • Conduct logistics audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in resolving shipping disputes and claims promptly.
  • Evaluate logistics processes and recommend enhancements to efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or freight coordination
