We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. This role will focus on streamlining operations, improving processes, and enhancing productivity in our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in engineering processes and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes and systems.
• Involve in capacity planning and space management for production.
• Implement technology solutions to facilitate process automation.
• Support team in maintaining operational excellence through continuous improvement.
• Document engineering practices and update as required.
• Maintain records of quality assurance and compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles
