As a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise will help our team navigate payroll management and employee benefits smoothly.
Responsibilities
Administer the payroll system accurately and efficiently.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll.
Assist in the development of payroll policies and procedures.
Oversee the integration of new payroll technologies.
Monitor and manage payroll discrepancies and resolve issues.
Liaise with external payroll providers and financial institutions.
Conduct regular audits on payroll data for accuracy.
Participate in benefits design and implementation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information.
Foster a positive working relationship with employees regarding their payroll queries.
Advantageous
SAP or similar ERP experience: Experience in using ERP systems for payroll and financial reporting.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage payroll projects and initiatives effectively.
