Job Description

As a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise will help our team navigate payroll management and employee benefits smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the payroll system accurately and efficiently.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll.
  • Assist in the development of payroll policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the integration of new payroll technologies.
  • Monitor and manage payroll discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with external payroll providers and financial institutions.
  • Conduct regular audits on payroll data for accuracy.
  • Participate in benefits design and implementation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information.
  • Foster a positive working relationship with employees regarding their payroll queries.

Advantageous

  • SAP or similar ERP experience: Experience in using ERP systems for payroll and financial reporting.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage payroll projects and initiatives effectively.
