Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage our HR functions in Sandton. You will oversee recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and professional development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and performance. Your role will also involve managing compliance with labor regulations and best practices to promote a positive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Implement recruitment strategies and assist in hiring processes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics and performance measures.
• Assist in developing compensation and benefits programs.
• Coordinate employee recognition and rewards programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies and workplace best practices.
• Collaborate with management to align HR with business objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration is acceptable
• Postgraduate Degree in HR is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in HR roles
