Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first line of support for our clients, ensuring that IT systems and services run smoothly. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will be pivotal in upholding our commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues promptly.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of workstations.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Provide support for virtual meetings and video conferencing systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for improving IT processes.
  • Assist in implementing IT projects as needed.
  • Stay updated on new technologies relevant to the role.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT Support or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service
