Job Description

As a Construction Inspector, you will play a vital role in the development process by monitoring construction activities and ensuring compliance with local and national safety standards. Your expertise will help us deliver projects of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect construction sites for compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate material quality and ensure that it meets project specifications.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or violations on-site promptly.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective actions when non-compliance is identified.
  • Participate in pre-construction meetings to understand project scope and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings for future reference.
  • Engage with local authorities to ensure all permits and approvals are in order.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Construction Management or related field
  • Additional certifications in building inspection are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a construction role with inspection responsibilities
