Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for improving productivity and reducing waste in operational processes.
Manage projects involving process enhancements and new system implementations.
Utilize engineering principles to solve complex technical problems as they arise.
Conduct feasibility studies for new engineering concepts and initiatives.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
Work with the quality assurance team to enhance product quality.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus
Experience
3 years of experience in process engineering or related areas
