Job Description

We're seeking a proactive Systems Administrator with a strong background in managing IT infrastructures. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of our systems, maintain security protocols, and implement upgrades to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor networked systems and ensure high levels of performance.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Implement and uphold security measures to protect the organization's data.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and implement upgrades.
• Conduct regular system backups and restore data when necessary.
• Provide support and technical guidance to staff and users.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Additional certifications such as VMware or Cisco CCNA are advantageous.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in systems administration or IT support roles
