Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical support.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot software and connectivity problems.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of software applications for clients.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles by documenting solutions to common issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer support policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar qualification

  • 3+ years in technical support or customer service
