Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. This role will see you providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our IT systems run efficiently. You'll play a vital role in keeping our clients satisfied through your expertise and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user requests and provide timely resolutions.
  • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on IT systems.
  • Assist users with remote desktop configurations.
  • Participate in IT inventory management and asset tracking.
  • Document processes and create user manuals or guides.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
