We're searching for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and optimizing user experiences across our digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Lead design sprints and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to refine user experiences.
• Utilize analytics and user feedback to improve existing designs.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior designers.
• Research and apply best practices in UX/UI design.
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
