We are seeking a passionate Environmental Consultant to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental science and compliance, with the ability to conduct assessments and provide actionable recommendations to clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients meet both regulatory and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Assess and report on environmental risks associated with projects.
• Assist in the preparation of environmental impact assessments (EIAs).
• Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.
• Review and interpret environmental regulations and standards.
• Support clients in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
• Conduct field surveys and data collection for analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in environmental consulting or related roles
