We are seeking a driven Civil Engineer to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will work on diverse projects including infrastructure, building design, and environmental engineering. Strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify technical documents relating to civil engineering projects.
• Research and apply the latest engineering technologies and practices.
• Evaluate project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead site assessments and construction supervision.
• Support business development initiatives with engineering insights.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders and clients.
• Manage project teams and provide leadership.
• Ensure that sustainability practices are incorporated in designs.
• Oversee contractor performance and quality assurance.
• Review project paperwork to ensure accuracy.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Green Building certifications: Experience with LEED or similar certifications.
• Proficiency in BIM software: Experience using Building Information Modeling tools.
