We are seeking a knowledgeable Tax Consultant to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tax regulations and compliance. You will be responsible for advising clients on tax strategies and ensuring compliance with local and national laws.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and advise on tax implications of client decisions.
• Prepare documentation for tax filings and audits.
• Perform quality checks on tax returns and compliance documents.
• Advise on tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Conduct research on tax matters to provide reliable advice.
• Participate in networking events to promote our services.
• Train junior staff on tax procedures and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or related field
• Master's degree in Taxation is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of tax consultancy experience
