General Finance Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented General Finance Officer to join our organization. This role involves managing financial records, preparing reports, and advising on financial strategies. Work closely with executives and other departments to ensure sound financial practices throughout the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct audits to ensure integrity of financial processes.
• Work on continuous improvement of financial reporting practices.
• Advise senior management on financial implications of policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual reviews.
• Monitor receivables and payables for timely performance.
• Develop financial KPIs and assist in departmental reviews.
• Provide training to finance staff on accounting best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

• 5+ years in financial roles
