Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive presentations for client pitches and investor meetings.
• Provide analytical support for negotiations during transactions.
• Prepare offering memorandums and term sheets for financing transactions.
• Track and report on industry developments and market conditions.
• Assist in post-transaction evaluation to improve future processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• CFA Level 1 is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in the finance sector, preferably in investment banking
