• Manage the month-end closing process and ensure timely reporting.
• Review financial entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
• Analyze budget variances and produce detailed reports.
• Implement and uphold best practices in financial management.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance accounting systems and software.
• Develop cash flow projections and reports.
• Assist in the development of financial strategies and planning.
• Utilize accounting software to improve efficiency in financial reporting.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Honours degree or equivalent in Accounting is beneficial

Experience

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Budgeting

Certifications

• CIMA or ACCA certification is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
