Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Service Manager to oversee our technical support team in Durban. The ideal candidate will manage service delivery to ensure efficient operations, providing top-quality support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technical support team.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service collaboration.
  • Lead troubleshooting sessions for complex technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Postgraduate qualification in IT is a plus
Experience
  • At least 5 years in IT management or a related field
