Job Description

We are in search of an insightful and results-driven SEO Content Manager to lead our content strategy in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in creating and optimizing high-quality web content, adept at improving search engine rankings while driving audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Administer SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track and measure success.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content that meets the needs and interests of target audiences.
  • Coordinate with external partners and influencers for content collaboration and backlinks.
  • Optimise existing content based on performance metrics and changing trends.
  • Cultivate a strong understanding of our target audience to tailor content effectively.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to web content that may affect SEO performance.
  • Contribute to client pitches and proposals related to content and SEO strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, content management, and digital marketing
Technical Skills
  • Keyword Research Tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz)
