We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving IT systems for our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, resolving issues across hardware and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests via phone, email, or in-person.
• Resolve hardware and software issues on a daily basis.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms and IT equipment.
• Assist in asset management and inventory control.
• Provide recommendations for IT equipment upgrades.
• Stay current with technology trends and upgrades.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve services.

Advantageous

• Experience supporting cloud platforms: Familiarity with AWS or Azure services.
• Scripting knowledge: Ability to write simple scripts for automation tasks.
