Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will conduct in-depth financial analysis, prepare reports, and support our leadership team in strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving the company's financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to inform strategic business decisions.
• Create presentations summarizing financial performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators, reporting on variances.
• Provide guidance to management on financial implications of business decisions.
• Participate in developing the annual budget.
• Identify trends and forecasting future financial performance.
• Assist in year-end reporting and audits.
• Evaluate financial performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Master's degree or CPA is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
