Responsibilities

• Engage with beneficiaries to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
• Ensure all program documentation is up to date and accurate.
• Report program outcomes to the board of directors regularly.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for program innovation and expansion.
• Manage risk and address challenges to ensure successful program operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Management, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management within the non-profit sector
