UX Designer

Job Description

Join us as a UX Designer, where you will be instrumental in designing user-centered solutions for our diverse clientele. You’ll be responsible for conducting user research, creating efficient wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with our development team to ensure successful implementation. • Design responsive web and mobile interfaces that enhance usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Provide design support and feedback throughout the product development cycle.
• Educate team members on user experience principles and best practices.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Assess competitor products and market trends to enhance our offerings.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Specialized certifications in UX design preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in creating user-centered designs

Technical Skills

• Prototyping tools (InVision, Axure)
• User testing methodologies

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with accessibility design: Skilled in creating designs that are accessible for users with disabilities.
