Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving user issues, offering guidance on IT-related inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
  • Resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Maintain and document user accounts and access levels.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT initiatives and systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to all users.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or relevant field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years in technical support roles

  • Windows Server Administration
