Job Description

As an Environmental Engineer at Eco Solutions Pty Ltd., you will conduct essential environmental assessments, develop innovative strategies for environmental protection, and support clients in navigating compliance with local regulations in the Durban area.

Responsibilities

• Assess the potential environmental impacts of proposed projects.
• Create sustainable designs and recommend eco-friendly practices.
• Oversee environmental monitoring programs and data collection.
• Review and manage environmental compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects.
• Respond to client inquiries concerning environmental issues.
• Educate clients and the public on environmental stewardship.
• Advocate for sustainable practices within the organization.
• Develop training materials related to environmental compliance.
• Contribute to public reports regarding environmental performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in environmental engineering
