Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a patient caseload effectively.
  • Conduct physical assessments and monitor patient conditions.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
  • Implement best practices in nursing care.
  • Address any concerns relating to patient care and safety.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Africa
Experience
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
