We are seeking an Environmental Engineer with a strong background in environmental science and engineering to join our dynamic team in Mbombela. The ideal candidate will engage in projects focused on sustainability, environmental monitoring, and compliance with environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on sustainable infrastructure development.
• Review and provide recommendations based on environmental policies.
• Facilitate workshops and training on environmental practices.
• Evaluate environmental risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Masters or additional certifications in environmental management are an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting or engineering roles

• Environmental Modelling
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• Environmental Planner Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
