Job Description

We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, applying their knowledge of structural systems and materials to design solutions that meet client needs while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural components using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers on project specifications.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications.
• Evaluate potential construction materials for projects.
• Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with designs.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential structural issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or similar
• Professional license is preferred

Experience

• Over 5 years working in structural design and analysis
