Join our dynamic team as an Environmental Consultant in Cape Town. You will be responsible for conducting environmental impact assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding clients towards sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental assessments for infrastructure projects.
• Provide expert advice on compliance with environmental standards.
• Design and implement environmental management plans.
• Prepare and present findings to clients and relevant authorities.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainability principles.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on environmental issues.
• Engage with local communities on sustainability initiatives.
• Evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor changes in environmental legislation.
• Collect and analyze environmental data to inform decision making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Science is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consultancy
