Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for creating a positive impression of the company. This role includes managing the reception area and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Administer reception duties and keep the area orderly.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings and manage calendars.
  • Provide assistance with booking travel arrangements for staff.
  • Support the team with various administrative projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant diploma or certification in administration
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative roles
