Job Description

As an Environmental Science and Protection Technician, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring water quality to ensure compliance with health standards. Your work will involve conducting analyses, developing management plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders to address environmental issues.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine checks and measurements of water quality parameters.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on water quality trends and findings.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of monitoring programs.
  • Engage with local communities to raise awareness about water quality issues.
  • Perform regular audits of treatment facilities to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate workshops and training on water quality best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in environmental science or water quality management
