Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance process, ensuring timely execution of testing tasks.
• Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement in user interfaces.
• Organize and facilitate test case reviews with team members.
• Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights to enhance product quality.
• Assist in the development of automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Contribute to the training of new QA team members on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing

Technical Skills

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Performance Testing

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools: Knowledge of CI tools like Jenkins or Travis CI for automated testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience in working in Agile/Scrum environments.
