General Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled General Engineer to contribute to our projects in Port Elizabeth. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to apply their engineering knowledge to real-world applications. You will interact with various stakeholders and lead efforts to improve current systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project workflows and coordinate with contractors.
• Evaluate engineering processes for improvements.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver technical presentations to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Estimate costs and resource needs for projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Technology, or similar field
• Professional Engineering certification is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
