Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding aesthetic treatments, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained and sanitized.
• Provide aftercare advice and skincare tips to clients.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding service.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering products.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement strategies.
• Handle client complaints and feedback professionally.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Beauty Therapy or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a spa or aesthetic environment

Technical Skills

• Facial techniques
• Hair removal
• Makeup application

• Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• CIDESCO Diploma
• Spa Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
