Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of engineering principles and a passion for optimizing processes. You will work closely with various teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring our operations are as effective as possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Evaluate production schedules and adjust as necessary for maximum efficiency.
• Work with quality assurance teams to uphold regulatory compliance.
• Design and deploy solutions for inventory management and control.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in engineering best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
