• Review project performance post-completion and implement learnings.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure they adhere to timelines.
• Prepare detailed project documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
• Lead and mentor project teams to foster growth and learning.
• Identify and address any issues that arise during the project.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct project closure activities, including lessons learned sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects
