Responsibilities

• Lead projects to scale up manufacturing processes from laboratory to production.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement cost-saving measures while ensuring product quality.
• Create detailed reports on project progress and outcomes for stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering, production, and management teams.
