Job Description

As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, you'll be responsible for the repair and maintenance of chains in various applications like bicycles, motorcycles, and industrial machinery. Proficiency in welding, cutting, and soldering is essential for this hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on chains to prevent machinery failure.
• Replace worn or damaged chains with new ones.
• Ensure chains are lubricated and functioning properly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs.
• Provide technical support for chain maintenance inquiries.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
• National Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
