Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated DEI Officer to lead the charge in diversity and inclusion strategies at Tech Innovations Inc. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for promoting equity and ensuring that all voices are heard in our organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Implement DEI initiatives across various departments to promote inclusivity.
  • Create resources and toolkits for managers to improve team diversity.
  • Manage communication strategies around DEI initiatives to enhance visibility.
  • Conduct assessments to determine the effectiveness of DEI programs and make adjustments.
  • Foster relationships with external organizations that support diversity.
  • Inform and educate staff members on diversity-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national diversity regulations.
  • Assist in crisis management regarding diversity-related issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Diversity Studies is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Sesotho: Basic
