Responsibilities

• Conduct regular health assessments and document outcomes.

• Facilitate discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care.
• Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
• Adhere to best practices for infection prevention and control.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding healthcare needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Master's degree in Nursing is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred
