Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to oversee and drive projects in Johannesburg. The candidate will manage project teams, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects that meet our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial controls are in place.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
• Track project deliverables and deadlines rigorously.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of project management experience

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• PRINCE2 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience in managing Agile projects and knowledge of Scrum practices.
• Experience in stakeholder management: Proven track record of engaging and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
