Job Description

As a Wind Farm Siting and Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying optimal locations for our wind energy projects. This position requires a solid understanding of wind resource assessments, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive site assessments for wind farm development, evaluating environmental and logistical factors.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure project compliance with regulations.
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions on wind energy principles and practices.
  • Drive innovative approaches to optimizing site selection and project efficiency.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills in renewable energy project management.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives within project operations.
  • Develop comprehensive project proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Facilitate team workshops to enhance project planning and execution skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Renewable Energy is preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development and site assessment.
